    I renewed my subscription today. SWREG sent me the receipt with my username but without the license code.
    How can I get a valid license code?? Can I have a support mail address to send you the example of the receipt I received??

    This is what I found in the receipt:

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am currently trying to install dbapad on my computer and having major problems with the installation. I keep getting an error message
    “C:Program FilesCommon FilesDbMotiveappdbbar.dll
    Unable to register DLL/OCX: Regsvr32 failed with exit code 0×3″

    PLEASE HELP!

      This typically happens when no Oracle client is installed, or it can’t be found because it is not in the PATH variable

        Hi,

        I have the same problem like the user above on deferent systems… Windows Server 2003 x86, Windows7 64 bit, Windows XP with different Oracle clients and database versions 10g 11g 32 bit and 64bit…..
        How can i install oracle correctly so that dbabar recgonized it or which path has to be under the PATH variable?

          If the Oracle executables are in the PATH variable, things should be just fine for DbaPad.
          If you are sure oracle is installed correctly, download ‘dependency walker’ from msdn (microsoft) and open c:program filescommondbmotiveappdbbar.dll’
          If there are issues with other dll’s, dependency walker will tell you.
          YOu might want to send a screenshot to support@dbmotive.com and we’ll have a look
