DbaPad
DbaPad requires a 32-bit Oracle client installation to be set first in your PATH variable. If this is not the case, you will receive errors during installation.
The version of this Oracle client should be Oracle 10.1 as a minimum. If the client is less than Oracle 10.1, DbaPad will be unable to generate html pages.

first and make sure you switch you Oracle Home to the correct Oracle 32-bit client installation.
